Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You need to notify xxx via email at firstname.lastname@example.org of your wish to cancel your order within this time period. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify The Healthy Way Ltd of your cancellation to return the goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will provide you with a return address. Do not send to our registered office address as your return will not be processed.
To enable you to return your product, we will provide you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
