Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You need to notify The Healthy Way Ltd via email at firstname.lastname@example.org of your wish to cancel your order within this time period. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify The Healthy Way Ltd of your cancellation to return the goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
